Refund Policy

A refund can only occur in case of a quality defect of your product. In this case only, a purchase can be returned within 14 days following delivery and Stay Hungry Studio will refund the customer by crediting same account used for purchase with the equivalent of the purchase price. Wear is not considered a quality defect and is not covered by the warranty.

Please note that Stay Hungry Studio garments are made by human hands using natural fibres.

No two pieces are the same and some pilling or shedding of the natural fibres will occur and is not considered a defect.

Please also note that colours of the knitted garments may vary depending on the device you are viewing from.

Returns are only accepted in the case of a garment being agreed to be defective in quality.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send an e-mail to to announce your return.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Wear is not considered a defect. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to change of mind.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable postal service or purchasing postal insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
